Who we are
Kasalang Tagaytay is a wedding expo organised in Tagaytay, Philippines. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When a supplier uses the “Update your listing” or “Add a listing” form we collect the business name, contact person, email address, phone number, any text, links and images you submit, and a technical record (IP address, used only for abuse prevention). We do not collect payment details.
Why we use it
To review your request, update the supplier directory, and contact you about it. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form.
Who sees it
Only the organising team. Approved listing content (business details you asked us to publish) becomes public on the supplier directory. Your private contact details are not published unless you included them in the listing.
How long we keep it
Requests that are approved or rejected, together with uploaded files, are deleted automatically after 180 days. Published listings stay until you ask us to change or remove them.
Third parties
Maps on supplier pages load from Google only after you click “Show map”. Fonts are hosted on this site. Optional spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads only if the organiser has enabled it.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing the organiser at the address shown on the contact page. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
